Visiting Forces Agreement

Over at Brahm’s Blog, I’m most impressed that between all his various adventures in Thailand, Brahm still find time to write about things that matter.
An example is highlighting the Visiting Forces Agreement in the Phillipines, which protects US soldiers from prosecution in the Phillipines.
This site points out some of the reasons to protest this.
And the reason this comes to light now? Because the US is shifting it’s anti-terrorism focus to the Phillipines.

All of this and more can be found with a quick search on Google, and I recommend having a look at Brahm’s Blog too, from which this post has been plagiarized.
