ESA

The ESA has a much better site than NASA. Clearly designed for the public, it is modern, friendly and hints at the science behind everything without losing the message within it. It has additional fun facts, like that the cost of the ISS for Europeans is equal to 1 EU/year/person in the 10 ESA member-nations. Which really, makes it seem pretty cheap to do this stuff. They also succeed in making the ISS sound pretty sexy, which NASA completely has failed to do, IMO.
