headache

Let it be known that I am in the throws of the worst headache I’ve ever had in my life. It started shortly after I woke up. It’s gotten progressively worse throughout the day. It started at the back of my neck and has creeped up over my head, so that everything, including my eyeballs hurt. My jaw is clenched, despite my best efforts to relax and now, just to make it all so much more fun, I’m feeling quite sick to my stomach, all from this aching pain in my head.
