CSS Question

In IE, when you specify a dotted border, can you specify BOTH colors of the border? So, on a white background, you could have a pink & purple-dotted border (well, dashed in IE, but whatever). Also, by default, is the un-listed color the same as the background color of the element, or the elements parent? For example, if I have a black-dotted border around an element with a white background, but that element is sitting in a page with a grey background, will the border by black & white or black & grey? (I know, I could easily test this one. But it’s on my mind).

  1. Uh, what? ‘both colours’? As in, alternating dots back and forth purple, pink, purple, pink? No, no way of doing that.

Second question – should be a white background.

  3. Hello

I learnt most of my HTML scripting by going to web sites that I liked or thought were
successful and viewing the source to see how it had been constructed. However I have
noticed that there is no CSS on the receiverÂ’s side. How can I view a web site that has the
CSS scripting on the net? Does this make sense?
    thanks
