It tickles me to no end whenever I’m reading a specification document, and it tells me what type of content the section I’m about to read contains, so you get things like:
Introduction
This section is informative
That’s awful presumptuous of them isn’t it? I mean, what if I don’t find their introduction terribly informative?
Maybe the author had writers block and didn’t know how to start. It can be a really helpful technique when you have writers block to just keep writing no matter what even if you don’t have anything to say. Say, say something.. Say what ever happened to the actor that played Batman, and was he the same guy who played Betelgeuse? Betelgeuse Betelgeuse Betelgeuse! This is a blog comment, this is a blog comment, bla bla bla bla. Jackson five. Small amount of peas. Ok I’m spent.
