No wildcard headers in IIS!? That’s so lame!

Why, oh why, I ask you, can’t IIS have wildcard domain headers? Why can’t it be smart enough to point *.mydomain.com to the mydomain folder, and *.yourdomain.com to the yourdomain folder, if they’re sharing an IP address? It would make my life so much easier if it could.

Of course, maybe it can. Maybe I’m missing something in IIS 6, but I for the life of me can’t find any way to do it without having unique IPs per domain, which I can’t have. But if you know a way to do this, please let me know!
